A. 1 I help people overcome their life challenges and deliver inspiring one on one personal Coaching. I help people unlock their prudential and build confidence in themselves by using my Coaching method In reconditioning that mind set. I help students to create a online digital Portfolio and pursue their career dreams by using LinkedIn to understanding the features and benefits of the platform. I help the Hospitality event industry accomplished turnaround time with better planning, better ROI and employee training.

Q. 2. How will you (or this item) help someone:

A. 2. I'm straight forward and don't sugar code things, when you work with me, you will learn to understand the importance of positive philosophy and how to apply the techniques in your own life to change your mindset to overcome the challenges that is holding you back.

Q. 3. Who is this for / Who do you enjoy working with:

​

A. 3. I enjoy working with anyone who is serious and ready to take responsibility of their life to get to the next level. My Coaching or a mentorship program is to motivate you to achieve the goals and dreams you want in your life. My results are the reflection of my clients.

Q. 4. What's different or unique:

​

A. 4. I believe everyone needs a Coach or Mentor but who you select brings a different or unique perspective. As your Coach or Mentor I offer my own life experiences of over 40 years to help develop my clients in a way they didn't see it coming and that is because of my critical thinking, positive thinking, people skills and patience that I have been told from my own mentor.

Q. 5. Why are you passionate about this:

​

A. 5. As a young child growing up with so many life challenges and raised in a family of 7 and living under poverty. Phil had to overcome many obstacles after his parents separated and decided to move out at the age of 17 to explore life and find his potential. Phil found his passion in the Hospitality industry as a child at the age of 14 and has never looked back. Phil has been working in the College higher education sector for over 16 years training, mentoring and teaching students. Phil has decided to become a Life Coach and Master NLP Practitioner in 2020 and is devoted to helping others grow by sharing his wisdom and knowledge that he is so passionate about.

Q. 6. What's your teaching style:

​

A. 6. My philosophy of teaching is to provide the knowledge of real life experience and samples of the real World. I come from the school of hard knocks and have always been a believer that living the life of excitement and learning things the hard way was best way to learn. My career journey has taught me a lot of things and seen a lot of things.

Ever since working at a College, Phil has become a life long learner and completed many courses to add to his mass career portfolio. 

My teaching philosophy is to teach with a open mind and a positive and passion attitude that set my students up for success.

Q. 7. What are your expectations:

A. 7. Please show up on time with video camera turned on. Make sure there are no background noises or distractions. Make sure the room is well lit. Have any questions ahead of time.

A. 8. I contact you within 24 hours by sending you a message via text or email. From there, we'll schedule a kickoff call to get you setup and ready to go.

Q. 9. What's a fun fact about you:

A. 9. I'm also a Disc Jockey who loves music and spinning vinyl and CD's as a hobby. I also was a DJ in my youth playing in some of the Clubs and Pubs.
